Our
Senior IEQ staff includes personnel with backgrounds
in Occupational Health, Allergy/Immunology, Professional
Engineering (P.E.), Microbiology, Industrial Hygiene,
Certified Indoor Air Professionals (CIAQP), Public
Health, and Engineering.
Pure
Air Control Services (PACS) is a medically disciplined,
solution-oriented, environmental science, laboratory
and remediation firm having serviced over 350
million square feet of building environments.
The Building Sciences Team at PACS is a highly
specialized group that provides IEQ testing consultation,
on-site IEQ investigations, Phase I and Phase
II environmental evaluations and Building Health
Check™.
Phase
I - A walk through audit of the building
follows a meeting with key business personnel.
All registered health complaints are evaluated
in strict confidence. A report is provided outlining
general findings.
Phase
II - A more in depth analysis includes
air and surface samples evaluated for suspected
contaminants and environmental imbalances within
the building.
Specialized
instrumentation is used to evaluate building environments
and conditions along with non-invasive imaging
of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning
(HVAC) system for a thorough evaluation of the
facility. PACS has a unique capability of providing
the diagnostics, laboratory, remediation and post-remediation
evaluation to ensure good indoor air quality is
maintained.
A
report is provided outlining test methods, general
discussion of environmental testing parameters,
an environmental summary including identification
& concentration of contaminants, conclusions,
recommendations, photographs, and a glossary.

Building
Health Check™ - Our Building Sciences
Department has now introduced the Building Health-Check™
Division. The Building Health-Check™ Division
is staffed with professional Indoor Environmental
Technicians that are fully trained for indoor
environmental screen testing, utilizing effective
sampling techniques, protocols, and HVAC assessments.
A report is provided that contains laboratory
methods, a laboratory analysis summary, laboratory
results, recommended guidelines and healthy building
considerations.
