evaluation of the following indoor air contaminants:
- Allergen:
Dust mite (Der p 1, Der f 1, Group 2), Cat
(Fel d 1), Cockroach (Bla g 2).
- Hydrothermal:
Relative Humidity/Temperature.
- Aerobiology:
Fungal elements, insect biodetritus, fiberglass,
pollen, dust and skin cell fragments.
- Precipitated
Particulate: Fungal elements, insect biodetritus,
fiberglass, pollen, dust and skin cell fragments.
- Formaldehyde:
paneling, plywood, textiles, disinfectants,
tobacco, smoke, furnishings and carpet.
And
that's not all. Not only is the analysis provided
quantative, it's quick, inexpensive, easy to use
and you can start analyzing your environment tomorrow.

The
First Response evalu-aire® Screen Test Kit Laboratory Report will
help identify allergens and other known environmental
contaminants which may affect building occupants.
Your
customized laboratory report will help define
the environmental conditions, as they existed
during your sampling. Your Environmental Laboratory
Report will include the following:
- Dust
Allergen Screen: What's in the carpet, furniture
or ductwork? Indoor allergens are important
because they are the major cause of asthma and/or
allergic reaction with sensitized people. Your
allergen report is compared to industry guidelines
(expressed in micrograms per gram - ng).
- Aerobiology
Analysis: What's in the air? Fiberglass, insect
biodetritus, fungal elements, pollen, dust,
skin cell fragments (expressed in counts per
cubic meter - cm3).
- Hydro-Thermal
Analysis: What are the thermal conditions? Temperature
and relative humidity are important surrogate
assays. This information is data logged over
a 24 to 48 hour period. Your Hydro-Thermal report
is compared to ASHRAE 55.92 standards.
- Precipitated
Particulate Analysis: What has fallen? What
was once in the air has fallen. Microscopy identification
of precipitated particulate is provided.
- Formaldehyde:
Formaldehyde is a colorless, gaseous substance
which develops a pungent smell at room temperature,
irritating to the eyes and may cause allergic
reactions.
